Staff Business Systems Analyst (Oracle Fusion Cloud)

hirify.global has a Finance and Accounting organization implementing and operating Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

What you will do

• Lead the full Order to Cash implementation from requirements gathering and process design through configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Define future-state workflows and functional specifications across Order Management, Pricing, Revenue Management, Revenue Recognition, Receivables, and Collections Cloud.
• Oversee migration and validation of customer records, open balances, historical transactions, and other financial master data.
• Manage implementation partners, vendors, project milestones, risks, interdependencies, and functional status reporting.
• Drive change management, training, user adoption, super-user development, and post-implementation enhancements.
• Optimize Finance processes through Oracle quarterly releases, workflow automation, reporting, AI-assisted features, and business process redesign.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience with large ERP systems and 10+ years working with financial applications.
• 3–5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including OTBI and BI Publisher; hands-on experience with Fusion Receivables, Collections, or Order Management is required.
• Full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation experience leading an Order to Cash business process.
• Experience with Finance functional areas, project delivery, data migration, vendor management, and business requirements analysis.
• Experience with SOX controls, role-based security, segregation of duties, user access controls, and sensitive financial data.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience with DCAA/FAR-DFARS-compliant or CMMC-aligned control environments.
• Experience with Concur, Avalara, Coupa, Floqast, Oracle Integration Cloud, and other ERP boundary systems.
