What you will do

• Design and optimize Workday Recruiting configurations across sourcing, candidate management, interview scheduling, offers, and onboarding handoff.
• Architect integrations between Workday Recruiting and Paradox, BrightHire, and HiredScore.
• Translate talent acquisition challenges into scalable, automated system solutions.
• Lead initiatives across Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors.
• Own testing, release readiness, system reliability, and continuous process simplification.
• Shape the People Technology roadmap and mentor stakeholders and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in HRIS, Talent Acquisition Technology, or enterprise systems.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience with deep Workday Recruiting expertise.
• Expertise in end-to-end recruiting process design, candidate data structures, and system integrations.
• Experience solving complex talent acquisition problems and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to apply AI to requirements analysis, system design, testing, documentation, recruiting data analysis, and workflow automation.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating Paradox, BrightHire, or HiredScore with Workday Recruiting.
• Experience evaluating or optimizing AI-driven recruiting technologies.
• Knowledge of recruiting compliance and data privacy across third-party platforms.
