Analyst III, Workday ERP

Location: Remote

Salary: $88,000–$132,000 annually, plus potential annual discretionary bonus

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and translate business and technical requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Lead business case development, requirements documentation, testing strategies, and risk assessments.
• Drive solution delivery from requirements through implementation and post-deployment optimization.
• Analyze business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and better user experience.
• Collaborate with business leaders, architects, QA, technical teams, vendors, and project teams.
• Mentor other analysts and promote continuous development of business and technical capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, finance, accounting, or equivalent job-related experience.
• Experience with Workday PSA and Financials modules.
• IIBA certification or equivalent business analysis experience.
• Five or more years of job-related experience, including at least three years with Workday.
• Experience with business or systems analysis, process or system design and implementation, and large-group meeting facilitation.
• Strong ownership, communication, stakeholder analysis, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, Time and Expense, and other Workday modules.
• Workday PRO certifications.
• System lifecycle management, software selection, project management, or project coordination experience.
