Director of Fulfillment - Stord Partner Network

Location: ATL1 - Atlanta, GA; preferably within commutable distance of an active hirify.global Fulfillment Center

What you will do

• Own the P&L and operational budget for the assigned Area of Responsibility.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, increase profitability, and strengthen customer satisfaction across multiple fulfillment centers.
• Monitor operational and financial metrics, including cost per order, cost per unit, throughput, and orders per hour, and implement improvements.
• Develop peak-season strategies and coordinate execution across fulfillment operations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Site Leaders, Operations Managers, and broader fulfillment teams.
• Partner cross-functionally on recruiting, labor planning, talent development, safety, inventory security, and customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, operations management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of management experience in high-velocity omnichannel fulfillment operations.
• Proven experience managing multiple facilities or operations with strong operational results.
• Experience leading teams of 200+ people, including salaried employees.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and ownership of P&L across multiple fulfillment or distribution centers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting operational performance to executives.
