Operations Supervisor – College Grad (Ecommerce Fulfillment)

Location: On-site at hirify.global's Las Vegas-area fulfillment operations, based at either the Las Vegas or North Las Vegas, Nevada facility.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop approximately 25–30 warehouse associates.
• Run shift huddles, set daily priorities, and manage team performance.
• Monitor productivity, throughput, quality, accuracy, attendance, and safety metrics.
• Allocate labor based on volume and operational priorities, using data to identify root causes.
• Partner with Operations, HR, Safety, Quality, and Engineering teams.
• Improve fulfillment processes, eliminate waste, onboard new associates, and maintain a safe, organized, compliant work area.

Requirements

• Interest in operations, supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, or people leadership.
• Relevant exposure through an internship, co-op, part-time job, project, or other operational experience.
• Leadership potential demonstrated through work, campus organizations, athletics, volunteering, military service, or other team environments.
• Comfort using data and metrics to understand performance and solve problems, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to spend most of the shift on the fulfillment floor, work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• A college degree and prior full-time warehouse supervisory experience are not required.

Nice to have

• Degree, enrollment, or coursework in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Internship or co-op experience in supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, distribution, manufacturing, transportation, or operations.
• Coursework or project experience in operations management, supply chain analytics, Lean, Six Sigma, process improvement, or data analysis.
• Previous experience leading a team, project, student organization, athletic team, or other group.
