Senior Manager, Talent Management & Leadership Development

Location: Milpitas, California, with a secondary Irvine office location; onsite work location at the Milpitas office

Salary: $147,800–$251,200 per year

What you will do

• Design and deliver scalable leadership development experiences for people managers, senior managers, directors, and senior technical leaders.
• Create learning journeys, cohort programs, facilitator guides, case studies, practice labs, toolkits, and reinforcement resources.
• Own the leadership development roadmap, including sequencing, milestones, logistics, communications, participant tracking, and follow-through.
• Support talent assessments, talent reviews, performance management cycles, succession planning, listening surveys, and manager enablement.
• Partner with HRBPs, People COEs, business stakeholders, vendors, facilitators, coaches, universities, and learning technology partners.
• Track participation, feedback, engagement, talent themes, and program outcomes to improve leadership development programs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in leadership development, learning and development, talent development, organizational development, instructional design, talent management, or related People/HR roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business, psychology, education, instructional design, or a related field.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs, workshops, cohort-based programs, toolkits, or blended learning solutions.
• Strong virtual and in-person facilitation experience for managers, senior managers, and Director-level audiences.
• Program ownership experience covering roadmaps, planning, logistics, communications, vendor coordination, metrics, risk tracking, and follow-through.
• Experience with talent management activities, external learning partners, learning materials, and program evaluation data.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in human resources or a related field.
• Experience in technology, engineering, manufacturing, semiconductor, or global matrixed organizations.
• Certifications in leadership assessments, coaching programs, or learning program design.
• Experience with learning technology, learning management systems, and listening platforms.
