Analyst I - Supply Chain and Logistics

Location: Ontario, California, United States. The role requires existing U.S. work authorization; Toyota does not provide employment-based visa or work authorization sponsorship.

Annual base salary: $73,100–$118,800.

What you will do

• Extract, validate, cleanse, normalize, and transform data from databases, spreadsheets, APIs, and other sources.
• Maintain and develop reporting tools, queries, and tables supporting operations, quality, cost, and facility priorities.
• Perform statistical analysis using Excel, SQL, P360, and basic programming tools to identify trends and patterns.
• Create dashboards, charts, graphs, and reports that communicate operational insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with operations, Japan supply, and cross-functional teams to address data needs.
• Automate reporting processes and optimize data workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Requirements

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, advanced formulas, and data analysis techniques.
• Strong SQL capabilities with experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing large, complex datasets.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations with Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence platforms.
• Experience with data cleansing, validation, quality assurance, KPI development, performance measurement, and trend analysis.
• Working knowledge of Toyota warehouse management systems, AS400, and related supply chain applications.
• Must have the right to work in the United States without current or future Toyota immigration sponsorship.
