Supply Chain Business Analytics - Senior Analyst

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end analytics projects focused on supply chain performance and operational optimization.
• Partner with stakeholders to define analytics requirements, understand business challenges, and deliver practical solutions.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and improve dashboards, reports, and data models using business intelligence tools.
• Support training, communication, change management, and adoption of analytics tools and methodologies.
• Investigate problems and handle ad hoc analytics requests across Supply Chain and cross-functional groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data and analytics, management, business administration, computer science, supply chain, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, SQL, Alteryx or similar technologies, and Tableau or Power BI.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Must have the right to work in the United States and must not require current or future hirify.global immigration support or visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Big Data or systems experience.
• Supply chain experience and familiarity with supply chain business systems.
• Data engineering or data management background.
• Experience working with Scrum teams.
• Experience with Python or other analysis tools.
