Manager, Supply Chain Strategy & Analytics (Automotive)

Location: Richmond, Virginia, United States; onsite at the hirify.global Midtown Office four days per week. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States. Visa sponsorship will not be considered.

Annual salary: $102,100–$163,400, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Develop supply chain strategy across vehicle acquisition, reconditioning, merchandising, logistics, or service operations.
• Partner with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to define strategic direction and support execution.
• Conduct product tests, opportunity analysis, and large-scale quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Create and maintain KPI reports, dashboards, and management systems to monitor performance and accountability.
• Support change initiatives by consulting on strategic problems and analytical workstreams.
• Present data-backed insights and recommendations to executives and business partners to build consensus.

Requirements

• Four or more years of experience in an analytical or strategic role.
• Strong problem-solving, strategic-thinking, and quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
• Experience conducting large-scale data analysis and applying business and technical knowledge to complex problems.
• Willingness to gain proficiency in SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Ability to communicate complex topics to audiences with varying technical backgrounds.
• Four-year undergraduate degree with strong academic performance.
