Sr. Recruiter

Location: Richardson, Texas, United States; hybrid with in-office work 2–3 days per week at a hirify.global corporate office

What you will do

• Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process for high-volume sales, customer service, and claims roles.
• Identify, source, engage, screen, interview, and negotiate with candidates.
• Develop innovative sourcing programs, conduct passive candidate mining, and build talent networks.
• Partner with recruiters, business leaders, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance.
• Manage ATS requisitions, applicant dispositioning, hiring deliverables, and offer creation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field, or four additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience with internet search optimization, candidate sourcing, passive candidate mining, networking, prescreening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and offer presentation.
• Working knowledge of EEO requirements, employment laws, policies, regulations, and compensation.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS requisition management, and applicant dispositioning.
• Strong communication, analytical, critical-thinking, project-management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
