Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner (Insurtech)

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to create accurate job postings, selection criteria, and hiring plans.
• Source, pre-screen, engage, interview, and objectively evaluate candidates across multiple channels.
• Maintain and optimize recruiting channels such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Track open positions, recruiting activity, and hiring metrics to improve strategy and reporting.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team, support hiring goals, and contribute to special recruiting projects.
• Deliver a consistent, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally focused on non-exempt hourly roles.
• Experience attracting and engaging talent through multiple sourcing channels.
• Strong organizational, communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS platforms; Workday is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and offer best practices.
