Head of HR Enablement & Operations (AI)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; hybrid with three days in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Candidates must live in the United States.

Base compensation: $190,000–$235,000 per year, plus equity and a variable compensation component.

What you will do

• Lead People Operations across Workday administration, benefits operations, and payroll operations.
• Develop and execute the HR automation strategy across Workday, the HR technology stack, enterprise integrations, and automations.
• Manage HR technology vendors and operational partners, optimizing service, efficiency, and offerings.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on the Ashby applicant tracking system and recruiting analytics.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to improve self-service, operational efficiency, and HR process integrity through technology.
• Lead and communicate strategic systems improvements across departments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in people operations, including HRIS administration, payroll, or benefits administration.
• 4+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience creating and executing an HR technology strategy.
• Experience creating and deploying AI agents across enterprise systems.
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and demonstrate operational excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred; applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
