Compensation Lead (AI)

Location: Livingston, New Jersey, United States; onsite office and data center environment

Salary: $127,000–$168,000 annual base salary, plus eligible bonus, equity awards, and benefits

What you will do

• Lead market benchmarking analysis for executive and non-executive roles using compensation survey data.
• Design and maintain salary structures, pay bands, job architecture, and compensation governance frameworks.
• Partner with executive leadership on base salary, bonus, and equity compensation design.
• Design and administer merit, bonus, and equity refresh cycles, partnering with Finance on budgeting, modeling, and forecasting.
• Support offers, promotions, retention, and internal equity reviews in partnership with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners.
• Present compensation analysis and recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of progressive compensation experience covering executive and non-executive programs.
• Deep expertise in market benchmarking, compensation surveys, and compensation program design.
• Strong presentation, communication, analytical, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience with HRIS tools such as Workday.
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential compensation data.
• Applicants must satisfy U.S. export-control requirements, including applicable U.S. person or authorization eligibility.
