What you will do
- Perform accounting functions for operating companies, including account reconciliations and preparation of financial statements.
- Complete monthly variance analysis, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Apply accounting policies consistently under the Group Reporting framework and ensure compliance with the Group Operating Model.
- Manage auditors, outsourced service providers, and collaboration with other departments on monthly draws, cash management, and tax filings.
- Develop standard and ad-hoc reports and drive process improvements.
- Act as a key finance business partner and primary contact for operating companies, supporting accurate reporting and decision-making.
Requirements
- Qualified Accountant with ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CA certification.
- 3–4+ years of experience in a finance role.
- Strong presentation, analytical, communication, people management, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated approach with strong problem-solving and recommendation skills.
