Clinical Success Manager (Radiation Oncology)

Location: Remote Italy, Germany, EMEA, Portugal, Spain, or Belgium; up to 15% travel, including congresses and on-site clinic meetings.

What you will do

• Demonstrate, install, and train clinics on hirify.global's automation software suite.
• Understand clinic issues and provide solutions independently or with the programming team.
• Partner with the EMEA sales team on software demonstrations and onboarding newly installed clinics.
• Check in with customers, collect feedback, and present new product features through webinars.
• Create training materials and collaborate with clinics on research projects and reference-site recruitment.
• Attend congresses and on-site meetings with clinicians.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of clinical treatment-planning experience; 5 years is preferred.
• Strong critical-thinking, organizational, communication, presentation, and independent-working skills.
• Fluent English and fluent Italian and/or German, written and spoken, are required.
• Expertise in treatment planning and radiation oncology clinical workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, learn new technologies, and build relationships with clinical leaders.

Nice to have

• Teaching experience in treatment planning.
• Customer success experience.
• Fluent French or Spanish.
