AI Engineer

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-powered applications and services.
• Build and maintain backend systems, APIs, integrations, and AI workflows.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into robust technical solutions and rapidly prototype AI-driven products.
• Collaborate across frontend, backend, cloud, and AI initiatives to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, engineering standards, scalability, reliability, performance, and developer experience.
• Mentor junior engineers and support technical growth across the team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong professional experience with Python and backend engineering.
• Experience designing scalable APIs and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience building AI/LLM-powered applications or automation workflows.
• Advanced English required for daily communication with global teams and stakeholders.
• Understanding of software architecture, system design, engineering best practices, and production-ready systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS, React or similar frontend technologies, and Snowflake or modern data platforms.
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives.
