AI Engineer

What you will do

• Design, build, and scale cloud-native AI/ML solutions for anomaly detection, content classification, predictive KPIs, and workflow automation.
• Develop unified data pipelines and model training, inference, monitoring, and feedback workflows with Databricks and cloud ML platforms.
• Operationalize models with analysts, platform engineers, product owners, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
• Build AI-powered dashboards and explainable insights using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Apply NLP, time-series forecasting, clustering, and responsible AI practices to improve personalization, stability, and operational readiness.
• Architect real-time decisioning and LLM/GenAI interfaces using event-driven tools and commerce or marketing platforms.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in production.
• Proficiency with Databricks and cloud ML tooling such as GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML, or AWS SageMaker.
• Strong Python and SQL skills, with hands-on experience in scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or MLflow.
• Experience building data pipelines, training workflows, model-serving systems, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience creating AI-integrated dashboards or tools with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Experience with model explainability, governance, bias detection, MLOps, and GCP services including Vertex AI Pipelines and BigQuery ML.

Nice to have

• Experience with Airflow, Pub/Sub, Kafka, Event Grid, ELK, Prometheus, or Grafana.
• LLM/GenAI experience, especially for insight extraction and conversational user experiences.
• Background in retail, digital commerce, content platforms, observability, or multi-brand ecosystems.
• Experience with enterprise AI strategy, solution architecture, data governance, or multi-region ML deployment.
