What you will do

• Deliver successful contact center solutions in collaboration with Solution Architects.
• Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions.
• Develop hands-on solution designs leveraging best practices and programming principles.
• Lead a development team by distributing tasks and performing code reviews.
• Provide technical advisory during business process reviews to identify customer requirements.
• Create technical end-user training and documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia.
• Hands-on programming experience in Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js.
• Experience building REST APIs and integrations across multiple systems.
• Proficiency with CloudFormation, Lambda integrations, and JSON format.
• Experience implementing CI/CD or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with WFM, CRM, and contact center platforms (e.g., Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Twilio).
• Knowledge of communications protocols like WebRTC and SIP, and Lex integration.
• AWS Certifications (Cloud Practitioner, Developer, or Solution Architect).
• Salesforce Certifications (Administrator or Platform Developer I).
