Sr. AWS Developer (AI)

Location: Remote - Colombia

What you will do

• Implement complex AWS-optimized architectures and enterprise-scale solutions for contact centers.
• Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions.
• Work with Solution Architects to review business processes, identify requirements, and define technical solutions for user stories.
• Develop integrations across multiple systems using REST APIs, Lambda, CloudFormation, and related AWS services.
• Lead development teams, distribute tasks, perform code reviews, and provide technical guidance.
• Deliver end-user training and technical documentation while leading enterprise projects with minimal direction.

Requirements

• Remote work from Colombia.
• Hands-on programming experience with Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js.
• Experience building multi-system integrations and REST APIs, with knowledge of JSON.
• Experience with CloudFormation, Lambda integrations, CI/CD, or Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Ability to lead technical delivery and apply AWS security and scalability best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with workforce management, CRM, contact center solutions, or Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of WebRTC, SIP, contact flows, Lex integration, and contact center routing.
• Advanced AWS and cloud architecture knowledge.
• Experience with Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Twilio, or other contact center platforms.
• AWS or Salesforce certifications, including AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Developer, AWS Solutions Architect, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce Platform Developer I.
