Sales Engineer (AI)

Salary: USD $123,000–$153,900 OTE annually

hirify.global provides a cloud-based WebOps platform for managing WordPress and Drupal websites through a multitenant, container-based environment.

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to identify customer needs and map technical solutions to business outcomes.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, customized demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concepts remotely and on site.
• Build, debug, and maintain demonstrations and prototypes, working directly in the product and code when needed.
• Design solutions, identify technical blockers, complete RFPs and technical questionnaires, and secure the technical win.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer teams, and agency partners to improve the platform and customer experience.
• Share field insights, demonstrations, and best practices through internal enablement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience developing, deploying, or supporting modern websites and web applications in customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience with Drupal, WordPress, React, and Next.js.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code to build, debug, and iterate on web experiences.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, technical demonstration, and architectural communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and work effectively with evolving products and incomplete documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Contentful, Sanity, headless content stores, or decoupled architectures.
• Deep experience with Next.js or other modern JavaScript web frameworks.
• Open-source contributions in the WordPress, Drupal, React, or Next.js ecosystems.
