Senior Product Solution Engineer (AI)

Location: Fully remote within the United States

Salary: $131,205–$180,400 annually in Colorado; $131,205–$199,408 annually in Washington; $131,205–$218,328 annually in California; $145,000–$218,328 annually in New York City. The role is also eligible for sales incentives.

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives on strategic deals involving technical discovery, scoping, and solution design.
• Lead discovery calls covering customer system landscapes, data volumes, and technical constraints.
• Design integration solutions including connector architecture, data flow mapping, and tenant structures.
• Deliver customized live product demonstrations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Build proof-of-concept integrations and draft technical proposal sections, specifications, and implementation timelines.
• Support technical scoping for the hirify.global partner free build program.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or integration consulting.
• Hands-on experience with integration platforms, API management tools, middleware, or workflow automation products.
• Ability to read, write, and reason about REST, GraphQL, webhooks, and data transformation logic.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics, or retail commerce platforms such as Shopify or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures and explaining complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Ability to use AI and advanced automation to improve integration strategies and customer success.
