Focus on facilitating Scrum and Kanban practices, resolving blockers and dependencies, monitoring velocity and cycle time, and improving delivery predictability.

What you will do
- Serve as a servant leader and Agile coach for Scrum and Kanban teams.
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
- Manage workflows, prioritization, delivery planning, and Agile metrics such as velocity, cycle time, throughput, and predictability.
- Identify and remove impediments, blockers, risks, and dependencies affecting delivery.
- Coach development teams, Product Owners, stakeholders, and leadership toward self-organization, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain delivery information and provide clear updates using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles and practices.
- Experience coaching cross-functional, self-organizing teams and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
- Ability to remove impediments and manage delivery risks, blockers, and dependencies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Certified ScrumMaster, PSM, SAFe certification, or experience in a scaled Agile environment.
- Experience with remote or distributed teams.
- Experience in software development, technology, SaaS, or product organizations.
