Scrum Master (Tolling): Leading Agile teams developing and operating electronic, kilometer-based tolling solutions with an accent on PI planning, team flow optimization, and stakeholder coordination. Location: Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs or Szeged, Hungary; remote work is available only within Hungary due to European taxation regulation

What you will do
- Lead Agile teams through PI Planning and define clear, achievable goals and SMART PI objectives.
- Facilitate Scrum events, manage risks, impediments and dependencies across the Agile Release Train.
- Optimize team flow through performance metrics, continuous improvement and stronger self-organization.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and stakeholders to improve backlog items and solution development communication.
- Support the definition of done and ready, contribute to resolving technical issues and promote DevOps practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master, ideally in a SAFe environment.
- Technical background in IT development or a DevOps team, with an understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and agile software development practices.
- Experience with code reviews involving Java or Python and knowledge of Docker, Grafana or Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence, plus strong facilitation, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English is required.
