TL;DR
Scrum Master (Agile Project Management): Delivering enterprise-grade web-based solutions through mature Scrum and Agile practices with an accent on sprint team management, cross-functional collaboration, and client communication. Focus on coordinating multiple projects across platforms, writing functional specifications, and improving delivery in fast-paced digital agency environments.
Location: Birmingham, England, United Kingdom; hybrid work with 2 days in the Fort Dunlop office and 3 days working from home.

What you will do
- Manage and motivate sprint teams within Scrum and mature Agile frameworks.
- Coordinate several enterprise digital projects across different platforms.
- Deliver web-based solutions with developers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, testers, and external client stakeholders.
- Lead communication and project discussions with internal teams and client Product Owners.
- Support project management responsibilities across fast-paced digital agency engagements.
Requirements
- Experience as a Scrum Master or Digital Project Manager.
- Experience with Agile management tools such as JIRA.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Experience writing functional specifications.
- Prince2 or CSM accreditation.
- Experience working on automotive projects.
Nice to have
- CRO experience, including managing the process from hypothesis generation through completion and improving website performance and user engagement.
