Product Manager, Corporate Products

hirify.global is hiring for a corporate products role focused on business and technology delivery.

What you will do

• Own and maintain the sprint team backlog, ensuring work is defined, prioritized, and ready for delivery.
• Represent business partners to the delivery team and guide enhancement scope and priorities.
• Gather and document requirements, then translate business needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and issues to executive leaders and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and daily Scrum collaboration with the Scrum Master, developers, and QA.
• Coordinate business testing, user training, support handoff, and final delivery while accepting or rejecting completed work.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner or Product Manager on an Agile Scrum team.
• Experience with middle- or back-office technology supporting Finance, Accounting, Revenue, Payroll, or Invoicing.
• Strong capability in discovery, detailed requirements documentation, acceptance criteria, and user story development.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, drive stakeholder consensus, remove blockers, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Strong experience with JIRA or other backlog management tools.

Nice to have

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Microsoft GP Dynamics (Great Plains).
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification.
