Product Manager (SIGINT)

Location: Englewood, Colorado, or Herndon, Virginia

Salary: $144,302–$216,453 USD annually

What you will do

• Represent the product and team while understanding SIGINT mission needs and future requirements.
• Define requirements with government customers and third-party vendors, coordinating work across teams.
• Manage and prioritize the software development backlog in JIRA based on user and product-owner feedback.
• Scope work with the technical lead and ensure requirements are met and deliveries stay on schedule.
• Coordinate with the test team to validate that product changes meet customer requirements.
• Brief government customers and stakeholders on priorities, accomplishments, delivery issues, and program status.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience running or managing agile programs.
• Understanding of agile principles and their adaptation to program needs.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Ability to create briefings and present to senior government officials.
• Strong organizational skills, including scheduling and resource management.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required.

Nice to have

• Understanding of Intelligence Community customers and their priorities.
• Relevant agile-program certifications, such as Certified ScrumMaster or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner.
