Digital Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Onsite in Austin, TX or Westlake, TX; applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Salary: $85,500–$140,000 per year, plus bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Support product strategy and roadmap execution for assigned digital capabilities.
• Own delivery for a front-end scrum team, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and execution.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized work.
• Design and optimize rep-assisted workflows across digital and advisor touchpoints.
• Partner with design, engineering, service, operations, compliance, UX research, and analytics.
• Track product performance, remove blockers, and support testing, releases, and go-to-market readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital product management or product ownership.
• Experience as a Product Owner in an Agile scrum environment, particularly with front-end teams.
• Strong ability to define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog priorities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Current US work authorization is required; employer sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting rep-assisted or service-driven experiences.
• Familiarity with financial services and regulatory environments.
