TL;DR

Location: Lynnwood, Washington, United States; onsite manufacturing environment

Salary: $24.64–$32.47 per hour

What you will do

  • Perform assigned automated, manual, performance, environmental, leak, hydraulic, and other testing operations.
  • Set up, operate, adjust, and interpret results from test equipment including oscilloscopes, signal generators, power supplies, flow meters, and specialized test consoles.
  • Calibrate and adjust units using electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and dimensional techniques, including required engineering calculations.
  • Create non-conformance reports documenting testing, failures, and initial root-cause investigation results.
  • Interpret work orders, engineering drawings, test procedures, manuals, failure reports, and production specifications.
  • Support 5S, KPI, standard work, problem-solving, customer visits, audits, and other manufacturing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment or equivalent education.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing or repair product flow and working knowledge of computer systems.
  • Ability to learn test software and equipment, identify non-conforming conditions, perform precise manual work, and use multiple software systems.
  • Good spoken and written English communication, analytical thinking, and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work safely with required PPE and lift up to 35 pounds or push up to 100 pounds.

Nice to have

  • AA degree in Electronic or Mechanical Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, manufacturing costs, and distribution practices.
  • Experience with microscope work or soldering.
