Production Technician (Vaccine)

Location: Swiftwater, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite, third shift

Salary: $20.32–$27.09 per hour

What you will do

• Support vaccine visual inspection production in compliance with cGMP, safety, and quality requirements.
• Perform zone 1 and zone 2 activities, bench inspection, cap and stopper checks, lidding, hand-packing, and sample delivery.
• Operate and maintain qualification on manual and automated inspection equipment, including Seidenader, Bosch, bench, weight check, stopper check, and cap check systems.
• Complete real-time production data and documentation in EBR, iSHIFT, and related manufacturing systems.
• Monitor reject rates, resolve common production issues, and contribute improvement ideas.
• Support training, cross-functional projects, team meetings, and continuous professional development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least 6 months of manufacturing or warehouse experience, or an associate or bachelor's degree with no experience.
• Basic computer skills and production experience.
• Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to follow cGMP, FDA, SOP, ALCOA, and documentation requirements.
• Ability to work onsite in Swiftwater, Pennsylvania, on the third shift.
