Manufacturing Tech I (Medical Devices)

Location: Warrendale, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite, first shift

Salary: $20.00–$22.00 per hour

What you will do

• Perform routine service depot operations, including staging devices for decontamination, provisioning, repair, inspection, packaging, and labeling.
• Assist with diagnosing, repairing, assembling, and disassembling medical devices and process equipment in a cGMP environment.
• Operate and maintain production equipment and manage parts and supply inventory according to SOPs.
• Complete device history records, order documentation, meetings, and other required administrative activities accurately.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement, workshops, cross-training, and multi-skilling.
• Follow health, safety, environmental, energy, and quality management requirements and report safety risks.

Requirements

• GED or high school diploma required.
• 0–2 years of work experience; regulated-industry experience is preferred.
• Ability to frequently lift or move materials and objects weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to distinguish colors and judge distance and spatial relationships using three-dimensional vision.
• Strong attention to detail, quality focus, teamwork, reliable attendance, and punctuality.
• Ability to stand, twist, and lift during the work shift and complete required training.
