Manufacturing Tech I (1st Shift) (Medical Devices)

Location: Warrendale, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite, 1st shift

Salary: $20.00–$22.00 per hour, dependent on education, experience, and working shift.

What you will do

• Execute routine service depot operations for medical devices and pre-production materials.
• Assist with diagnosing, repairing, assembling, and disassembling process equipment.
• Stage devices for decontamination, provisioning, service repair, inspection, packaging, and labeling.
• Perform equipment cleaning, disinfection, basic maintenance, and inventory handling according to SOPs and cGMP requirements.
• Complete required device history records and other documentation clearly and accurately.
• Participate in continuous improvement, workshops, cross-training, and safety activities.

Requirements

• GED or high school diploma required.
• 0–2 years of work experience; regulated-industry experience is preferred.
• Internal applicants should preferably have one year of electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• Ability to frequently lift or move materials and objects weighing up to 40 lbs, with periods of standing, twisting, and lifting.
• Ability to distinguish colors and judge distance and spatial relationships using three-dimensional vision.
• Strong attention to detail, quality focus, teamwork, reliable attendance, and punctuality.
