What you will do

• Operate equipment and processes strictly according to SOPs and master batch records.
• Monitor water systems and cleaning processes, responding to alarms and addressing equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain precise records and logbooks for all manufacturing activities.
• Manage and monitor physical inventories to ensure necessary supplies are available.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure critical information is relayed accurately across work teams.
• Train new technicians on expected performance and behavior standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a production environment.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization is required (no visa sponsorship available).
• Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50lbs.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Experience in food or dietary supplement manufacturing, specifically with blending.
• Familiarity with common AI tools to enhance productivity.
