Production Technician II (Manufacturing)

Location: United States - Wisconsin - Middleton; on-premise work

Salary: $21.78–$36.30 per hour, plus potential overtime, weekend, holiday, and other pay premiums.

What you will do

• Operate equipment and manufacturing processes according to standard operating procedures and master batch records.
• Conduct and support aseptic and chemical cleaning activities, including work with manufacturing and water systems.
• Respond to alarms, address equipment malfunctions and process deviations, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Perform equipment care, maintain records and logbooks, and monitor physical inventories.
• Communicate with technicians and team leads to ensure effective information transfer between work teams.
• Train new technicians and perform all work in accordance with safety policies and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to learn and use industry-standard software.
• Good interpersonal skills and experience training others effectively.
• Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, lift up to 50 pounds, and move materials using pallet jacks and other industrial equipment.
• Permanent authorization to work in the United States is required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Experience in food or dietary supplement manufacturing, including blending.
• Experience working in fast-paced and changing environments.
• Familiarity with common AI tools and interest in using them to improve productivity.
