What you will do
- Execute the quote-to-cash process for spare parts sales, including preparing offers and managing orders.
- Handle customer requests, pricing and availability inquiries, webservice offers, and order confirmations.
- Follow up on customer offers and orders to maximize sales and ensure on-time, in-full delivery.
- Coordinate logistics, payment terms, returns, claims, and non-conformity resolution.
- Maintain customer information in the ERP and contribute to reporting and commercial reviews.
- Support customer promotion and assistance activities while identifying additional sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Knowledge of trade, supply, industrial retail, spare parts, or logistics.
- Experience with order management processes.
- Expertise in Excel and ERP systems; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and manage multiple customer requests.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Certificate in Logistics.
- SAP experience.
