MRP/Order Management Specialist

What you will do

• Coordinate communication between engineering, customers, supply, project management, logistics, and other internal functions to support on-time component delivery.
• Validate component demand and applications while aligning schedules across engineering, procurement, production, and customers.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts aligned with annual targets.
• Update schedules, identify delivery risks, and communicate changes and priorities to management.
• Manage order processing from entry through delivery, including sales order pricing and customer communication.
• Support inventory accuracy and inventory turns while managing complex orders and commercial risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, planning, or project management.
• Experience reading and interpreting engineered drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, preferably S/4HANA, and advanced Excel skills including VBA and Power Query.
• Exposure to Snowflake or SQL, with strong analytical, problem-solving, data collection, and presentation skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

• Understanding of MRP methodologies and their effect on component delivery.
