Fulfillment Specialist (SAP)

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end purchasing lifecycle in SAP, including purchase order creation, release, monitoring, and expediting.
• Monitor supplier performance across delivery, quality, and lead-time indicators and conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate inbound logistics, freight, and customs clearance while resolving urgent delivery issues.
• Manage non-conformance reports and support operational continuity.
• Analyze order backlogs, identify root causes of delays, and implement recovery plans.
• Monitor data integrity exchanged through supplier EDI systems.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in a technical field, Process Management, or Supply Chain Management.
• Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP.
• Fluency in English and Italian required.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with order handling, inventory management, and data analysis is advantageous.
