• Manage sourcing for electronic and mechanical components.
• Oversee supplier relationships, pricing negotiations, contracts, and vendor performance.

• Drive cost reduction strategies and analyze market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across US, EMEA, and AP regions.
• Maintain business continuity and risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of sourcing experience, particularly with components.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Experience in strategic sourcing and international procurement.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with supplier management, cost management, and financial analysis.
• Ability to understand market drivers and cost structures.
