SAP Functional Consultant – Finance (SAP S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Finance across global entities.
• Translate finance and controlling requirements into scalable solutions aligned with SAP Best Practices.
• Implement Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, Margin Analysis, Advanced Financial Closing, Group Reporting, and Central Finance.
• Define functional specifications for custom developments, APIs, BAPIs, and Fiori applications.
• Integrate Finance with MM, SD, PP, PS, logistics, manufacturing, and HR modules.
• Lead blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, migration, cutover, hypercare, stakeholder collaboration, and consultant mentoring.

Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP FICO experience, including at least 3 years with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Deep expertise in SAP FI, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Banking.
• Deep expertise in SAP CO, including Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis.
• Experience delivering S/4HANA Finance migration, greenfield, or brownfield projects.
• Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, financial reporting, closing processes, tax, and legal compliance.
• Strong experience with functional specifications, configuration documentation, test scenarios, and senior stakeholder communication.
