Software Developer (Salesforce)

Location: Toronto office; 100% remote schedule is available, with flexible remote, hybrid, and in-office arrangements. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Annual total cash compensation ranges from CAD 101,000 to CAD 118,000, including base salary and discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and document Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, and Visualforce.
• Build Einstein Analytics and Tableau CRM components.
• Define and estimate project work packages, including system designs, testing, and implementation plans.
• Develop and configure Marketo event-management solutions.
• Perform unit testing and coordinate with information systems and business teams on implementations.
• Support CRM and event-management upgrades, migrations, incidents, enhancements, and on-call activities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Salesforce platform experience, particularly with Apex, APIs, backend solutions, and system integration.
• Experience developing in Java and with web services.
• Experience across the full software development life cycle.
• Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, teamwork, and customer-service skills.
• Current authorization to work in Canada is required.

Nice to have

• Hands-on Marketo experience, including smart campaigns, webhooks, and administration.
• Salesforce Service Cloud or Financial Services Cloud development experience.
• REST web services development experience.
• Experience in the mutual funds industry.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II certification.
