TL;DR
Software Developer (Salesforce): Developing and supporting CRM and Marketing technical solutions for with an accent on LWC, Apex, and system integration. Focus on building Einstein Analytics components, configuring Marketo tools, and optimizing CRM functionality for the financial services domain.
Location: Current work authorization for Canada is required. Flexible working arrangements: 100% remote, hybrid, or onsite in Toronto.
Salary: $101,000 – $118,000 (Total annual cash compensation)

What you will do
- Develop LWC, Apex, and Visualforce components on the Salesforce platform.
- Build Einstein Analytics and Tableau CRM components.
- Configure and develop event management solutions using Marketo.
- Lead the definition and estimation of project work packages, including system design specifications and implementation plans.
- Provide technical support through on-call rotations for Salesforce and Marketo applications.
- Collaborate with IS and business teams to execute CRM upgrades, migrations, and error-free implementations.
Requirements
- Current work authorization for Canada is required.
- 2+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform, focusing on Apex, APIs, and system integration.
- Proficiency in Java and Web Services development.
- Solid experience with the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Marketo (smart campaigns, webhooks, and administration).
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Financial Cloud development.
- Development experience with REST Web Services.
- Background in the Mutual Funds industry.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II.
