Systems Integration Specialist – NetSuite

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid with three days per week at the Toronto office

Salary: CAD 90,000–115,000 annual base salary, plus discretionary bonus and/or commission and benefits.

What you will do

• Administer and configure the NetSuite ERP, including roles, permissions, SuiteFlow workflows, saved searches, custom records, and forms.
• Design, build, and maintain integrations between NetSuite and Salesforce, billing, payroll, payment, and data warehouse systems using SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, APIs, and middleware.
• Translate Finance, RevOps, and IT requirements into scalable NetSuite configurations, customizations, and automated workflows.
• Troubleshoot system issues, data discrepancies, and integration failures across connected financial systems.
• Support quote-to-cash, order-to-cash, lead-to-revenue, data migration, acquired-entity integration, upgrades, testing, and release management.
• Maintain technical documentation and training materials while supporting security, SOX compliance, data governance, and Agile delivery processes.

Requirements

• Three or more years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator and/or Developer.
• Proficiency with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk SOAP/REST web services, and SuiteBuilder customizations.
• Experience integrating NetSuite with third-party systems through APIs or middleware/iPaaS platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, or MuleSoft.
• Knowledge of general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, revenue recognition, financial reporting, quote-to-cash, subscription management, and lead-to-revenue workflows.
• Experience with data migration, ETL, system integration testing, JIRA project management, and cross-system troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
