Systems Integration Specialist (NetSuite)

Systems Integration Specialist (NetSuite): Administering, customizing, and integrating NetSuite ERP with an accent on financial workflows, data integrity, and enterprise system connectivity. Focus on building SuiteScript automations, troubleshooting cross-system integrations, supporting quote-to-cash processes, and strengthening compliance and operational efficiency.

Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Ontario, with three days per week required at the Toronto office.

Salary: CAD 90,000–115,000 annual base salary, plus discretionary bonus and/or commission and benefits.

What you will do

• Administer and configure NetSuite roles, permissions, workflows, searches, records, and forms.
• Design and maintain integrations between NetSuite, Salesforce, billing, payroll, payment, and data warehouse systems.
• Translate Finance, RevOps, and IT requirements into scalable configurations and customizations.
• Develop SuiteScript automations, scheduled scripts, workflows, and RESTlets.
• Troubleshoot system issues, data discrepancies, and integration failures while supporting quote-to-cash and lead-to-revenue workflows.
• Support upgrades, sandbox testing, release management, acquisitions, data migration, documentation, security, and SOX compliance.

Requirements

• Three or more years of hands-on NetSuite administration and/or development experience.
• Proficiency with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk SOAP/REST web services, and SuiteBuilder.
• Experience integrating NetSuite with third-party systems through APIs or middleware/iPaaS platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, or MuleSoft.
• Understanding of general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, revenue recognition, financial reporting, quote-to-cash, subscription management, and lead-to-revenue processes.
• Experience with data migration, ETL, system integration testing, troubleshooting, and JIRA-based delivery activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with technical and business stakeholders.
