Senior Associate, IT, Oracle Flexcube Specialist (Support & Upgrades) (Banking Applications)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 81,000–CAD 110,000 yearly

What you will do

• Support core banking applications including Oracle Flexcube, SWIFT, FX Market Rates, Appian workflows, and MUFG payment systems.
• Provide Level 2 incident and problem management support during product migrations and business-as-usual operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal support teams on customizations, patch sets, fixes, enhancements, and technical deliverables.
• Document IT change-management and business-user procedures in Confluence and support user training.
• Participate in platform releases, testing, upgrades, and enhancements to verify system quality before deployment.
• Coordinate across IT functions, support project managers, and respond to regulator and auditor information requests.

Requirements

• 5+ years of analytical, technical support, and administration experience with business banking applications.
• Experience or exposure to SWIFT products and messaging standards, ISO 20022, SQL Server, PL/SQL, Java, and .NET applications.
• Working knowledge of application architecture, application and database infrastructure, and banking environments.
• Strong knowledge of the System Development Lifecycle, software development methodologies, and ITIL standards.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and IT solutions and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner certificate; an IT diploma or degree is preferred.
