SAP PM Consultant (Plant Maintenance)

What you will do

• Gather and analyze maintenance and asset management requirements with business, operations, engineering, and IT stakeholders.
• Design, configure, and support SAP PM solutions across implementation, migration, rollout, enhancement, and transformation projects.
• Configure technical objects, functional locations, equipment master data, maintenance notifications, orders, preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration, and work clearance processes.
• Lead workshops, fit-gap assessments, process improvement initiatives, functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Support integration with MM, PP, QM, EWM, and FICO modules, while preparing functional specifications and collaborating with technical teams.
• Provide production support, resolve issues, deliver user training, and maintain project documentation and governance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of SAP PM consulting experience and strong hands-on SAP PM configuration experience.
• Experience completing at least one full SAP implementation lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of maintenance and asset management processes.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have

• SAP S/4HANA Asset Management or Intelligent Asset Management experience.
• Knowledge of reliability engineering and maintenance best practices.
• Experience integrating SAP PM with mobile maintenance solutions.
• SAP PM certification.
• Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, transportation, energy, or industrial sectors.
