Rater & Agency Integration Program Manager (API)

Location: Remote within the United States, excluding Alaska, Delaware, Hawaii, Mississippi, Nebraska, Montana, New Hampshire, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia; non-Seattle Washington remote location.

Salary: $88,500–$123,900 annually, plus potential long-term incentive awards.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and execution for launching products, states, and brands on comparative rater platforms such as EZLynx, PL Rater, and Bolt.
• Lead the migration of rater and direct-agency integrations from point-to-point connections to the Gateway API.
• Coordinate integration issues, escalations, timelines, and engineering work across Product, Engineering, Underwriting, Sales, and Distribution.
• Manage relationships with rater partners and large agencies, including technical discussions, launch planning, and partner communications.
• Audit submitted data, mappings, rating logic, discounts, and eligibility to improve rate competitiveness and prevent rate leakage.
• Define KPIs and reporting for time-to-live, migration velocity, uptime, quote volume, conversion, discount capture, and escalation resolution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program management, integration program management, or partner/vendor program management.
• Direct experience with comparative rater platforms and launching products, states, carriers, or brands on them.
• Experience with agency connectivity, API gateways, or migrations from point-to-point integrations to centralized gateway models.
• Working knowledge of REST, SOAP, and gateway/proxy architectures.
• Strong roadmapping, dependency management, KPI definition, governance, prioritization, and executive communication skills.
• Insurance industry experience in P&C, agency distribution, comparative rating, or carrier integrations is required.
