Project & Program Management III (AI/Data Center)

Location: Remote, Ohio, United States; willingness to work across multiple North American time zones is required, remotely or from the local client office.

Salary: $80,640–$134,400 USD gross base pay annually, excluding discretionary bonuses and other incentives.

Provides project and program management services for large-scale data center, network deployment, and AI implementation initiatives.

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate large-scale data center builds, retrofits, and AI implementations from initiation through delivery.
• Manage multiple cross-functional technical network deployment projects across planning, design, procurement, deployment, and post-deployment phases.
• Define project scope, requirements, objectives, feasibility assessments, resource allocation, schedules, and deliverables.
• Manage assets and materials across data centers and warehouses while tracking milestones, budgets, metrics, and change control.
• Identify risks, perform risk analysis, develop mitigation strategies, and provide status updates to stakeholders and client executives.
• Coordinate vendors, internal stakeholders, working meetings, project documentation, training, and post-project improvement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–5 years of project management experience in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, preferably supporting data centers or network hardware.
• At least 2 years of experience with data center lifecycles and/or large-scale networks.
• Strong communication, documentation, analytical, organizational, and risk-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, collaborate with stakeholders, resolve conflicts, track metrics, and report updates.
• Ability to work across multiple North American time zones, remotely or from the local client office.

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PPM, CPD, CPMP, or other project management certifications.
• Understanding of the OSI model.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
