Senior VDC Engineer (BIM/VDC)

Location: Remote-first role for candidates with US work authorization; hiring in Boise, Idaho and New York, New York.

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead multi-trade BIM coordination across complex commercial and infrastructure projects.
• Own client relationships and advise clients on digital delivery strategy.
• Translate complex models into constructability, speed, and coordination improvements.
• Introduce smarter workflows, automation, and AI-supported processes.
• Manage multiple high-visibility projects and influence teams across the project lifecycle.
• Mentor teams and help shape VDC best practices.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in VDC, BIM coordination, and digital delivery.
• Experience solving complex coordination and constructability challenges.
• Ability to communicate with technical teams, clients, and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, evolving expectations, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• US work authorization is required.
