Manager, PX, GWE, Automation and Maintenance (Automation and Maintenance)

Location: Chesterfield, Missouri, United States. Hybrid work with 2–3 days per week in the assigned hirify.global office or as required by the business; this role is not remote.

Annual base salary: $99,200–$165,400, plus a 12.5% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

• Own the performance, reliability, lifecycle planning, and continuous improvement of site automation, electrical, and data systems.
• Design system architectures, integrations, data models, dashboards, and analytics tools for operational and strategic decisions.
• Drive energy and utility optimization through metering strategies, data analysis, and system improvements.
• Lead technical project teams, service providers, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for complex system issues.
• Establish technical standards, roadmaps, data governance, and analytics frameworks while supporting digital transformation.
• Integrate enterprise platforms such as CMMS, BMS, and IoT systems and contribute to global engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of experience, master’s degree with at least 2 years, PhD with 0+ years, associate’s degree with 8 years, or high school diploma with 10 years of relevant experience.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience supporting electrical, automation, or facility systems in a regulated or industrial environment.
• Experience extracting, analyzing, and presenting system data for operational or leadership decisions.
• Knowledge of power distribution, emergency generation, UPS systems, facility utilities, PLCs, HMI software, power monitoring, smart building, and IoT technologies.
• Knowledge of network architecture, server communications, Ethernet and fiber-connected systems, diagnostic tools, CMMS, and technical documentation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States by any employer and hold permanent U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
• Experience with Building Management System software and hardware, pharmaceutical practices, change management, and project management methods.
• Experience with hirify.global systems including KodeLabs, Johnson Controls, Enlighted, and EAMS.
• Experience influencing stakeholders without direct authority and supporting GxP-regulated environments.
