CoE Program & Content Intern - Summer 2027 (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Support internal engagement models, program documentation, and operational playbooks.
• Develop external-facing communications and enablement collateral.
• Contribute to Knowledge Hub content governance and webinar program support.
• Analyze data, spreadsheets, dashboards, and program insights.
• Create concise summaries, visuals, recommendations, and reusable resources for customer-facing teams.
• Support AI-enabled productivity initiatives, including agentic workflows.

Requirements

• Be a rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Management Systems, Operations, or a related field.
• Think structurally and turn ambiguity into clear plans, workflows, content, and insights.
• Have strong writing, verbal, communication, data analysis, and storytelling skills.
• Be comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, documentation, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Be proficient with Microsoft Office and MS Excel.
• Have an interest in AI tooling and experience building agentic workflows; willingness to learn technology is required.
