Summer Associate Internship (Program Manager/Experience Owner) (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Pensacola, Florida or Vienna, Virginia, United States. Hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CT.

Salary: $26.44–$46.88 per hour

What you will do

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of digital payments initiatives and defined workstreams.
• Map current and future-state payment processes, systems, and member experiences.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Track milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and action items.
• Support testing, implementation planning, operational readiness, and change activities.
• Develop dashboards, process maps, presentations, status updates, and recommendations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university.
• Expected graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Ability to analyze information, solve complex problems, and develop practical recommendations.
• Ability to organize work, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and tools and collaborate across business, technology, operations, product, risk, compliance, and vendor teams.
