Summer Associate Internship (Program Specialist)

Location: Hybrid in Vienna, Virginia; Pensacola, Florida; or Winchester, Virginia, United States

Salary: $26.44–$46.88 per hour

What you will do

• Provide operational support for division-wide programs and events.
• Analyze program data and performance metrics and prepare reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop program plans, timelines, documentation, dashboards, and execution tools with program managers.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and support stakeholder communication and follow-up.
• Evaluate engagement events and recommend process improvements.
• Help develop the 2028 engagement theme and end-to-end plans for Fraud and Global Security events.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher, with anticipated graduation in December 2027 or later.
• Field of study in program management, project management, business, organizational leadership, event management, marketing, public relations, or a related area.
• Experience with program coordination, event planning, specialist support, data review, or leadership reporting.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional activities, support program execution, and identify process improvements.
• Strong communication skills, including stakeholder engagement and presentations to executive audiences.
• Proficiency with program management tools such as Asana and Power BI.
