IT Program Management Co-Op

Location: Bedford, MA; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 remote days per week

Salary: $20–$30 per hour

What you will do

• Consolidate and organize IT Program Management Office artifacts, including process descriptions, training materials, and tooling.
• Recommend improvements to the creation, review, and management of PMO artifacts.
• Develop new content and improve existing program management materials.
• Maintain a backlog for artifact development and improvement.
• Work with peer team members to define plans and timelines for artifact deliverables.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student in the third or fourth year of a degree program, with a target graduation year of 2027 or 2028.
• Information Systems or Business Administration major with a Project Management concentration.
• Available to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from January through June 2027.
• Able to work in the Bedford office 3 days per week and remotely 2 days per week.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tooling.

• Experience working within IT organizations in technology or manufacturing firms.
