Senior Information Security Technical Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote

Duration: 12-month contract with a possibility of extension or conversion.

What you will do

• Lead multiple large and complex Information Security programs from initiation through closure.
• Manage integrated plans, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, deliverables, and change-control activities.
• Coordinate Architecture, Risk, Engineering, Operations, Technology, business partners, offshore teams, and other impacted stakeholders.
• Drive delivery across Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid lifecycle phases, including requirements, design, build, testing, implementation, and closure.
• Prepare and present program updates, status reports, business cases, and escalations to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Support production management, development, testing, business analysis, QA, UAT, and other delivery activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Economics, Finance, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• 15+ years of professional experience and project management experience leading complex projects valued at $1M or greater.
• 5+ years of Information Security experience within large banks or other financial institutions.
• Experience managing Project Managers across multiple workstreams and leading several complex system projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of PAM, authentication, service account management, threat detection, security monitoring, incident response, SAST, DAST, and vulnerability management.
• Knowledge of CyberArk, SailPoint, Microsoft Entra ID, Wiz, Prisma Cloud, and CrowdStrike, plus strong communication, relationship management, and delivery skills.

Nice to have

• Information Security experience within a top-tier U.S. bank.
• PMP, Six Sigma, or Certified ScrumMaster certification.
• Experience resolving schedule conflicts and balancing program-level implications with detailed problem solving.
