What you will do

• Lead product and technology releases across multiple software teams.
• Manage dependencies, risks, timelines, and scope across interconnected technical initiatives.
• Reflect changes and delays in upcoming planning cycles.
• Improve and operationalize program-management practices across Product and Technology.
• Facilitate governance, communication, and decision-making across teams.
• Coordinate with Go-to-Market stakeholders to support release readiness.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project and/or program-management experience.
• Strong experience in software, SaaS, or software-product environments.
• Experience managing multiple interconnected projects or programs.
• Strong understanding of software delivery and technical dependencies.
• Experience implementing or improving program-management practices.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to provide Eastern Time Zone business-hour coverage are required.

Nice to have

• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• Consulting or transformation experience.
• Healthcare or healthtech experience.
